Kimberley Johnson is a Victorian Group Training trainee studying Certificate III Financial Services with ANZ Ballarat East.
ANZ’s recent Awards for Victoria and Tasmania saw Kim recognised when she won “Trainee of the half.”
These awards are very prestigious and the Victoria & Tasmania Region covers all of Victoria and all of Tasmania so there is a high amount of competition.
Kim was successful due to her hard work and commitment. Kim took over the No 1 teller role 2 weeks before Christmas and their busy period. Kim is in charge of the ATM and has been able to balance regularly. A 5 week new entrant and Kim were our service consultants over the Easter period.
Kim has really proven herself in these areas. Keeping up to date with internal ANZ training as well as the traineeship training is something that Kim has also constantly achieved.
In addition to Kim’s award, VGTC’s former ANZ trainee, Rebecca Phillips (ANZ Stawell), who recently completed her traineeship in February was also nominated for this award. This is a real credit to Kim, Rebecca and ANZ for upholding excellence in the industry.
