Employee of the Month – November

Grace Holland (Certificate III in Community Services)

Grace is currently undertaking a School-Based Traineeship at Colac Area Health with training 1 day per week and work placement each Friday.

Grace attends Geelong Technical Education Centre where she is completing yr 12 VCAL.

Grace is doing extremely well at her work placement at Colac Area Health.
She even does more than the standard 1 day per week when she is needed which shows great commitment.
Grace loves her job and really enjoys training.  Her Host Employer, Ronan, is also extremely happy with her at work.

‘I would encourage others to pursue the community services pathway and volunteer work with elderly in the activities centre at Colac Area Health.
I mostly enjoy meeting new people, working with the elderly and hearing their life stories.’- Grace Holland

Grace is looking to continue her studies in the Community Services Industry after completing Year 12.
