Employee of the Month – June

Alyssa Luke (Certificate III in Business)

Alyssa Luke is our employee of the month for June.  Alyssa is completing a Certificate III in Business and is hosted with Richardson Real Estate Colac.

Alyssa is 6 months into her Traineeship and is really enjoying the variety that comes with working in a busy agency, as she is learning many new skills and developing existing ones.

Director, Mark Theodore, said “Alyssa is very team orientated and always there to lend a helping hand. She catches on quickly and is lovely to have around, she’s an asset to our team.
She has embraced the roles that have been given to her, accomplished her agent rep licence in a very short time and excelled in achieving that.
Her skills are improving and she is getting competent in the  many tasks throughout the office. Her friendly manner is also a fine attribute”.
