Employee of the Month – August

Our employee of the month for August is Jess Mackay. Jess is completing his Traineeship in  a Certificate 3 in Business with Host Employer, Red Door Dance and Theatre Company. Jess has really excelled in his workplace and has become a really valuable part of the Red Door team and you can easily tell that he enjoys what he is doing.

He gets to split his work time between the Dance Studio and also the retail outlet in Murray Street.

Jess is really enjoying working through the units in the course and expanding on his skills and knowledge to help him perform his duties to a high standard and to  help the business to  maintain  efficiently.
