Nancy Paises (Certificate III in Dental Assisting)

Congratulations to Nancy Paises on being awarded Victorian Group Training’s Employee of the Month for November with Host Monash Health.

Starting earlier this year, Nancy commenced her Full-Time Traineeship studying Certificate III in Dental Assisting with Monash Health in Dandenong.

Nancy has always had a passion to work in the health sector, especially in Dental, since completing VCE in 2019.

“I absolutely love my job as a Dental Trainee at Monash Health. The whole team there have been fantastic, so very supportive and encouraging.

It a great place to work and learn. I have also had a few of my placement 

weeks at Holmesglen TAFE where I do my Cert III in Dental Assisting studies. Carmel, the trainer is a great mentor to have. I am just so grateful to Vic Group Training and Monash Health for giving me this opportunity.” – Nancy said
