Congratulations to Lachlan Mackay on being Vic Group’s Employee of the month for April.

Lachlan, who is in the 2nd year of his Certificate III Carpentry Apprenticeship, has been constantly improving. His ability to think ahead to the next task and his attention and eye for details, have been two standouts in his skill set. Lachlan is also well and truly ahead of the game with trade school, which is a fantastic achievement.

We’d like to congratulate Lachlan and thank Ashley Crowe Builders for hosting him. Keep up the good work Lach!
