Employee Of The Month – August

Aydin Kivilcim (Certificate III in Community Services) 

Congratulations to Aydin Kivilcim on being awarded Victorian Group Training’s Employee of the Month for August!

Aydin is one of our SBATS in Geelong completing his Certificate III in Community Services.
Aydin is completing his one day of work a week at Norlane Community Centre and is attending North Geelong Secondary College for his year 12 studies.

Aydin has made a big impact this year at the centre helping run existing and planning future programs & activities for the community members. Aydin has become part of the team and his efforts are greatly appreciated.

Not only is Aydin excelling during his work days, he is also well ahead with his course work making him a worthy recipient of the Employee of The Month Award.

We would like to thank the team at Norlane Community Centre for hosting Aydin for his SBAT this year. Also Caroline and Lauren from North Geelong Secondary College for your continuous support of the SBAT Program.
