Keely Hardingham (Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care)

Congratulations to Keeley Hardingham on being awarded Vic Group’s Employee of the Month for July!

This award is a great testament to Keeley for her commitment and perseverance to her career. Keeley started her career as a School-Based Trainee at Millville Childcare Centre a couple of years ago and has shown some great attributes in her work so far.

Since completing Year 12, Keeley has moved into a Full-Time traineeship and has gone from strength to strength. She has shown great growth in her learning and understanding and has built some fantastic relationships with the children throughout her journey.

We can’t wait to see how Keeley improves further at work.
