Recruitment and ongoing management

• We ensure we recruit the right apprentice or trainee for your business. It’s important that they fit in with your needs and culture of your business
• We ensure the best training is provided to ensure your apprentice or trainee has the best chance to succeed
• We liaise with all involved parties so you don’t have to
• We ensure ongoing support and advice are provided to both the employer and the employee throughout the duration of the apprenticeship or traineeship. We have your best interests at heart
  
• If your business is slow we can arrange for the apprenticeship or traineeship to be transferred to another host employer. The same process applies if the employee decides to relocate or change occupations, we will assist them in that process.

Payroll services 

• We take the hassle out of processing apprenticeship and traineeship wages, including superannuation. This means you don’t have to worry about keeping up with the latest pay increases or latest tax rates – leave it to us!
• As the legal employer, the apprentice or trainee also comes under our insurances so you can enjoy peace of mind that we have that responsibility
