Employee of the Month – August

Lachlan Gangell (Certificate IV in Youth Work)

Lachlan Gangell is a Year 12 student at St Josephs College Geelong – currently undertaking a Certificate 4 in Youth Work with his Host Employer, Surf Coast Shire.  
Diversitat Training have provided quality trainers to work with Lachlan and he is motoring through his assessments and actually ahead of schedule.

After securing a Structured Work Placement last year at Surf Coast Shire, Lachlan excelled in the youth development area and through his outstanding efforts was able to secure a School Based Traineeship for 2015.  He will complete his secondary schooling at the end of the year and is tipped to have a very successful career in the Youth & Community Sectors.

We wish Lachlan every success as he builds a strong foundation that will see him move onwards & upwards in all areas of his professional and personal life.  A pleasure to deal with and a fantastic role model to his peers, teachers and colleagues.
