Sam joined Vic Group Training in February of 2015 after moving to the area from Central Coast NSW to start his Chef apprenticeship with well respected Chef Duncan Green and Fusion

Sam’s willingness to learn and his fantastic work ethic has proven to be some of his best qualities

through his apprenticeship. 

Under the guidance of Duncan, Sam has developed his skills in the kitchen and will continue to develop to become a high quality Chef.
