Employee Of The Month – July

Congratulations to Martyna Barteczko from Searoad Ferries on winning

Victorian Group Training’s Employee of the month for July.

 

Martyna is 8 months into her traineeship where she is doing her Certificate IV in Hospitality.

Martyna has been a great addition to the Searoad team, her great customer services skills, bubbly personality and hard work have lead to Martyna winning the Employee of the Month. Martyna has enjoyed getting to learn the different sides of the Ferry Operations, and the great views each day.

Upon completion of her Certificate IV Martyna is looking at completing further study and potentially becoming a trainer for future Hospitality trainees in the Geelong and surrounding communities.

for the rest of your traineeship .
