Josh Smith – Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical)

Our  employee of the month for June is Josh Smith.
Josh is only  6 months into his apprenticeship but he is really excelling, both at trade school and with his Host Employer, Victorian Petfood Processors. 
His supervisor explained that Josh is a pleasure to have in their workplace as an apprentice, as he is very keen to learn and develop new skills.
Josh is really enjoying his trade of Engineering (Mechanical) and the fact that Josh is only 15 years old,  and has to travel to Portland to attend Trade School, speaks volumes for his commitment to working through the 4 years of his apprenticeship and successfully completing his qualification.
