Employee of the Month – February

Lochlan Hardiman (Certificate III in Plumbing)

We’d like to Congratulate Lochlan Hardiman on successfully completing his Certificate III in Plumbing and also winning Victorian Group Training’s Employee of the Month for February! It has been great watching Lochie develop into a great tradesmen throughout his time as an apprentice. Loch has been an invaluable team member with Host Employer Panozzo Plumbing, always keeping the team morale high. Lochie’s trade school teachers always praised his ‘can do’ attitude and great work ethic, even during the Covid years.

Lochie is looking forward to another busy year ahead with at Panozzo Plumbing and working alongside the great crew that Nick has created. We’d like to thank Nick and the team at Panozzo Plumbing for hosting Lochie throughout his apprenticeship.
