Employee of the Month – March

Kodey Picone (Certificate III Bricklaying)

Kodey commenced with Victorian Group Training Co. in 2013. He has recently started with a new Host Employer, Nathan Frye Bricklaying to continue his bricklaying apprenticeship.

Kodey came to bricklaying after a stint as a Floor & Wall Tiling Apprentice. The skills he picked up during his initial trade training were transferable into his new role. Kodey has received positive feedback from his trainers at The Gordon and both Host Employers he has worked with.

Kodey has followed the path of most young people and tried a few different trades within the Building & Construction industry and has settled well into bricklaying. He is looking forward to completing his trade qualifications and working hard to fulfill his goal of running his own business one day.

We wish Kodey well on his journey and congratulate him on maturing into a reliable, hard working young man.
