Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship

We are currently looking for apprentices to complete the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at Searoad Ferries. One position is based in their award winning restaurant based in Queenscliff, Tarra Restaurant. The other is in their new restaurant based in Sorrento called Onda.

 Tarra Queenscliff is a beachfront restaurant blending cultural tradition with modern innovation, featuring seasonal, locally sourced and foraged ingredients to create bold, unique flavours in a coastal setting.

 Onda is a coastal Mediterranean restaurant inspired by Sorrento, serving Neapolitan pizzas, seafood dishes and share plates with cocktails and drinks. Perfect for long lunches, relaxed afternoons, and lingering dinners.

 We are looking for applicants who:

–          Have a passion for cooking and the restaurant industry

–          Have ability to work in a team environment

–          Are open minded and have a willingness to learn

–          Have a strong work ethic

–          Are happy to give anything a go.
