Key Role
As a result of their recent achievements in securing new contracts across Victoria, their administration team, based at their Colac head office, is expanding. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting to provide prompt and professional administrative support to our team and external clients
- Marketing and social media administration support
- ICT support such as liaising with our I.T provider to support with business I.T requirements, such as setting up IPADS for field teams
- Monitor and delegate shared mailboxes
- Assisting to schedule accommodation bookings
- Working closely with the Operations Team to support field administrative requirements
- Support contract and project administration, including reviewing and authorising field Employee timesheets, employee training records management and fleet and equipment service & inspections bookings and record management.
- HR administration, onboarding of new Employees and maintaining databases
- OH&S administration support
- Assisting to schedule and organise meetings & events
- File management
- Liaising with suppliers and purchasing supplies
Key Requirements
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, Planner, Forms, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail for producing documents and reviewing records
- Exceptional communication skills and highly professional customer service
- Effective prioritisation skills and adherence of strict deadlines
- Ability to apply critical thinking and a can-do approach
- Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with employees, clients and suppliers
- Ability to take on new challenges and projects and work proactively to find solutions
- Desire to work in a dynamic team environment
