With nearly two decades of dedicated service in the vocational education sector, I am passionate about empowering individuals through apprenticeships / traineeships and vocational training. Currently serving as the CEO of the Victorian Group Training Company (VGTC), I lead our mission to connect talented individuals with industry-leading apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities across Victoria.
In addition to my role at VGTC, I have the privilege of serving as the Victorian State appointed Director of the National Apprenticeship Employment Network (NAEN). Through this position, I advocate for policies that support apprenticeship and traineeship programs, driving meaningful change in employment and skill development across Australia.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to fostering partnerships between educational institutions, businesses, and aspiring apprentices and trainees to create sustainable pathways for career success. I am proud to contribute to the growth of our workforce by nurturing the next generation of skilled professionals.
