Employee of the Month – April

Sarah Mulgrew (Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care)

Sarah has been employed at Millville Childcare Centre in Colac since January 2015 and is completing her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care as a Full-Time Gap Year Trainee.

Since commencing, Sarah has become an integral part of the team at Millville.  She has shown a great natural ability for the childcare industry, even at the high standards that Millville Childcare Centre set. 

Sarah has had a great start to her Traineeship and says “It has been really easy to fit in with the other girls and the kids at Millville are great”.  Sarah is looking to move onto tertiary studies at the end of her Gap Year Traineeship to study Primary School Teaching.
